Delivery destinations

We offer delivery to eligible destinations, including the United Kingdom, Brazil and international destinations supported at checkout. Availability depends on your delivery address and the items ordered. Available shipping options and final charges are displayed before you place your order.

Shipping options and charges

Standard shipping is currently free for eligible orders, with no minimum order value configured. Express Shipping – Tracked & Insured is currently priced at EUR 9.90. Where checkout displays a different currency, the final amount shown at checkout applies.

Delivery estimates

The express option is advertised with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time. Please contact us before ordering if you require a specific arrival date or a standard-shipping estimate.

Tracking and delivery support

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided following dispatch. If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights or our obligations relating to delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs clearance and import charges under the destination country's rules. Any duties and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by the relevant authorities. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about charges for your destination.

Delivery address and changes

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any proposed redelivery charges will be explained before you agree to them.
